Established in 2009, the garden consists of planters constructed of reclaimed wood/shipping pallets, it is fed with harvested rainwater and compost from food court tenants, and the vegetables are then donated to the Lethbridge Food Banks. 

This season, the mall will grow carrots, peppers, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, beans, peas and much more.
